Lisa is a chartered MCIPD, has an NVQ Level 4 and a Postgraduate degree in HR Management, plus over 20 years experience in HR and Operational leadership. Most recently, Lisa worked as Chief Operating Officer at a large equity backed retail brand and was accountable for the successful running of 90+ retail units across the UK, focusing on leadership of the Operations, Customer, and People functions within the business.
Prior to that, Lisa held several senior roles at Heathrow International Airport, including Head of HR and Head of Talent & Development. During this time, she led a 5-year strategy to drive culture change, led the organisational restructure of over 400 managers and 4000 front line teams, and implemented new ways of working which resulted in a leaner, more cost-efficient operation with increased leadership accountability.
